Runner - performed in one piece (by welding) of stainless steel, located on the conical end of the shaft by threaded joint; closing of the hub is performed by means of the runner cap.
Wicket gate - with adjustable stainless steel guide vanes, driven by a manual or electromechanical gear. The blade trunnions' bearings are self-lubricated;
Spiral case - in welded construction of carbon steel plate, forming one piece with the stay ring; it is provided with an access hole for cleaning all possible suspensions resulted from the water run through the turbine;
Draft tube - in welded construction of carbon steel plate, performed of components joined by flanges.
Bearing and sealing
Shaft - bearing and sealing forming one piece. The bearing is of ball-bearing type, the sealing is of stuffing box type.
Turbine coupling with the generator is performed by screw coupling. |
